A rather bad expierence 
Opposite the Night Market, in a kind of quiet area.
Rooms with Air condition 120.000 Kip, without 80.000 Kip (12/8 Euro).
Booked a room with air con, but the power has been turned off at 10PM, which rendered the whole air-con thing a bit useless.
WiFi free of charge. Breakast not included.
Would not stay there again.
